Ik was desnoods als kamermeisje aan de slag gegaan in de tussentijd want zonder uitkering en zonder baan is het wel heel moeilijk. Ik heb nu wel een baan, tijdelijk, en kan alles wat ik leer goed gebruiken. Heel erg bedankt!

Mooi initiatief

Ik volg geen cursus bij jullie maar in mijn functie als klantmanager heb ik inmiddels wel veel klanten naar jullie doorgestuurd. Door deze kans hebben ze straks meer kans op werk. Een mooi initiatief. Graag alleen mijn initialen hier.

Great

Well, I suppose thanks are in order here. I am one of your English students with a financial problem. After attending Dreamweaver and Flash I felt the need for the course Dreamweaver Advanced. I was allowed to continue training which was great. I am currently still unemployed but this financial plan allows me to save some money each month. I will have it all for you in April next year. Thanks so much.

'It's A Deal' Education project

You want to attend a course but are in between jobs at the moment? Or you are in a situation in which you do not have enough money to pay for education?

We started the 'It's A Deal' project this year to allow students who are in financial dire straights to get proper training. This will improve their chances on the job market and colour the future in a positive way.

We will create a schooling project with the applying student and create a payment contract. We will have to discuss your options and possibilities during a few talks to find the best strategy for you. Together we will agree upon a payment date. This date may be in a few months or even in more than a year.

The contract we sign together is binding. We will have to take a good look at what is possible for you to make sure you can live up to the agreement.

This is not an installment agreement we profit from. We charge no interest, you do not have to pay for sudden extras. Even if the prices are raised along the way you do not have to pay more. We invest in your education, you invest in us later when you fulfill your payment duties. It's as simple as that.

Short information

This project was founded in 2010 to help out students that can no longer get courses reimbursed through the Dutch social services UWV/DW.

Students who have a financial problems still have a need for proper training to increase their chances on the job market. Since finances leaked away investing in scholing can be problematic. Since almost all our students have found jobs after the training we though it would be a good idea to start this project to increase scholing opportunities.

Getting acquainted: the first phone call

To get a good idea of what your situation is we shall first have a phone call to check a few points. This will help us decide if it is useful to plan an intake meeting.

Intake meeting

If the telephone talk shows it is a good idea to book an intake we shall make an appointment for this intake. You will have to bring some papers to this talk and we shall let you know which ones.

During the intake we shall look at your situation and your financial possibilities. We shall go through the options for payment and financing to come up with a plan that works best for you. It is crucial that the plan works for you so we will look at what is possible.

If the intake shows we can come to an agreement we shall draw up a contract after the meeting. We shall go into this contract during a following meeting: the contract proposal meeting.

Contract proposal meeting

We shall hand you a contract proposal during this meeting. You will read it and be able to ask questions. We shall revise and refine points until both parties can agree with the contract.

At the end of the meeting we will have a workable contract and make an appointment to sign the definitive version of this contract.

Contract signing

This is the last meeting for the contract. We shall both sign the contract and receive a copy. Once this is done you can start with the training.

You will need the original and copies of the following papers.

Your passport
The proof of residence of the city you live in
Your lease contract
The most recent bank stub
The proof of administration with the DWI/UWV or any other Dutch government instance. If you do not receive unemployment benefit call for more information.

You will keep the originals of course, we keep the copies and use them for the administration, your personal details are safe with us.

Which courses and education are part of the deal?

All courses and education projects can be part of this scholing project. You can even have personal training if you so prefer. You can create the perfect training for you.

But you can also attend just one course.
